This course was great! I appreciate how this was entirely self paced and online, this was perfect for my busy schedule, and you can move through the material as quickly or slowly as you would like. I like the way it is organized into modules, and there are practice quiz questions and simulations along the way to practice what you have learned. Some of the simulations actually have you speak as if you are talking to a patient, which I have never seen before and was very helpful to prepare me for real patient encounters. I also liked the inclusion of the NHA modules, as this reinforced the information I have been studying and made me more confident with the material. Overall this was a great course, I would absolutely recommend it!

I heard about this course from a friend who recently became an MA and I was a bit skeptical at first because it was an online course. However, after purchasing and completing the final examination, it was one of the best decisions I made. The fact that you can pace yourself and not have to worry about approaching deadlines makes it incredibly easy and stress free especially if you are in school or in a job. The simulations, quizzes, externship processes, and career support makes the course feel like like a smooth effortless transition into the medical field.

Throughout the course I truly learned so much. It was my first time being subjected to such material but it was presented in a way that was easy to understand and follow. Overall, I feel like it was well done and overall a great program. The instructors were also very easy to get in touch with if I came across any issues or questions.

This program is very comprehensive, there is practice modules for acting like a medical assistant which made me confident in how to approach my job later on. They have accessible professors and office hours which is helpful for a fully online course. They truly prepare you the best they can and the study guide is extremely helpful for exam preparation.

I loved this course! The details in each lesson really prepares you for the real clinic experience. I also enjoyed the simulations because it helped practice communication and documentation aside from procedures, which I haven't seen on other courses. The additional resources (mentor & career services) that ACT provides was also a unique feature that I had not seen in other courses!

This course was very nice for full-time students who want to get a head start in healthcare. The instructors are very helpful and very quick to respond. In addition, the support teams are also awesome and were happy to answer any questions I had. Overall, I would recommend this course, as it has a manageable workload and is a good opportunity for anyone!! They even help you develop strong resumes and interview skills.
