I signed up for promo code
I signed up for promo code. The code wasn’t “eligible” for my product. I sent an email the Customer Service and they refunded the 25%. Excited to try the stim free pre workout
Response from Advanced Molecular LabsDec 3, 2021
Hi Bryan, apologies for the confusion. Codes are not applicable on newly restocked items, newly launched products, and/or pre discounted stacks. You should be able to use your code on all other items.

Excellent customer support
Excellent customer support I forgot about my auto renewal for post work out. When the order confirmation came through to my email I asked for the order to be cancelled as I didn’t require the renewal just yet. Brian cancelled my order without an issue, refunded the payment and cancelled the auto renewal for me too. I am in Australia so having a trustworthy company to deal with means a great deal. Oh and the Pre-workout is by far the best I have ever used. No crazy tingling, just more reps.

Not happy at all
Disappointed and mad, never received order or order confirmation email. It's been two months still waiting. But you took our money. !!!!! Where do we get a refund
Response from Advanced Molecular LabsNov 30, 2021
Hi Brent, So sorry to hear you never received your package! I see you live in New Zealand, and that there is currently a missing mail search requested on your item through USPS. Please know your order left our warehouse the same day it was purchased. Unfortunately, international shipping has been chaotic since the Pandemic. I am going to personally reach out to our customer service department, and make sure they are in touch with you directly.
