Think this is a good product
Think this is a good product, however the support/delivery has certainly gone backwards since I started with it a few years back. A shame. And to be fair, they spoiled me with one day delivery in the first year. The fact that it now takes 4 to 7 days may be normal, but it wasn't in the past.

Hi Brian, Thank you for your feedback. I see you placed your order on a Sunday (our office is closed on Sundays), and it went out to USPS first thing on Monday. Unfortunately, we cannot control how long a third party carrier takes to deliver, however we have maintained the ability to send out orders within a 24- hour window. I see your order took 3 business days to deliver to you via USPS. I hope that better answers any shipping questions.
