Excellent product
Excellent product. I use it at work. The energy and strength increases are staggering. My job requires constant lifting and when I am not loading bags of stone/block/bags of mulch, I have a spot where I do pull ups. I was doing 15 rep sets of pull ups. Within a week I am doing 20 rep sets. I work 9 hour days. I use 1 scoop in about 14-16 oz of water. I drink 3/4 of it at the start of the day and take little sips of the remaining 1/4 throughout the day. This stuff is great. I have tried other supplements and this is by far the best.
