Reliable and great customer service all together. Advanced Lamps is head and shoulders the best online retailer. I've had a one issue in the past with an item not arriving on time Advanced Lamps reimbursed me time and apologized for the inconvenience. That is customer service that is unparalleled.

Excellent customer service experience with Advanced Lamps . Not your typical lack of compassion experience when dealing with online company. Customer service agents went out of their way to ensure correct part ordered. And shipping was speedy and convenient.

I order a TSCL110UAA from advanced lamps and my lamp came in four days. Everything ran smoothly. I used other websites and went through backorders, crappy customer service, and defective items shipped. By far the best internet ordering experience I had in a while.

I used Advanced Lamps the experience was great. Friendly customer service agents, speedy and secure delivery, and great low prices. The entire process ran smoothly and I would use them again in a heartbeat.

My PT-43LC14 Panasonic television blew out on me and through a Google search I found the part through Advanced Lamp. I called customer service because I do not like to order through a computer and rather talk to a live person. The customer service agent was very friendly. They explained warranty options and check if bulb was in stock. They placed the order and I had the part at my door in five days. Kudos Advanced Lamps

I have a television model number KDS 50A2000 and when I had tried other local and online sites. The prices were extremely escalated, or the availability was nonexistent. A family member recommended Advanced Lamps. I pulled up their web page and it was extremely user friendly. By using the search field I found the xl5200 for my Sony television. My item shipped the same day and was delivered promptly through UPS. This process was extremely easy.

My name is Justice Washington and when mu bulb went out on my Toshiba I turned to Advanced Lamps. The customer service agent walked me through the entire process and placed the order for the Y66-LMP. They explained the warranty, exchange procedures, and the terms and conditions. The process was easier than I expected and I would definitely recommend Advanced Lamps to friends and family. I would also contact them first for all further lamp needs for my television.

Being a high school football coach I am a result oriented person it’s all about getting the job done. When big screen home television went down I knew the problem but did not know where to turn for an answer. I turned to the internet to look for the best price for a 915P049010. I came across Advanced Lamps their website was easy to navigate and the order process was even easier. They fix my television problem and I am extremely grateful. Thanks Advanced Lamps!!!!
