This company puts customer's life and personal information in danger. The fact that they are forced on us by doctors is just absolutely horrific. So, that product they shipped out to you, which has a life cycle expiration of 30 days, now will be shipped for 30 days, and you're stuck with an overlap, a period where you're not covered Their inept staff claim "this is because of insurance", but this is factually false. INSURANCE allows for a buffer period of 3-5 days. Plenty of time to ship the product and get it to the customer so that they don't go through this overlap. Looking through the multiple BBB complaints, they ship outdated, unworking nonsense as well, continually.
