The heart and lung scan was great for the personal satisfaction it gave me and the price was fantastic. The man that gave the presentation was knowledgeable and kind. The offered services sound great, but have an expensive price tag. I received a report in a few days and took it to my family doctor for review. I highly recommend this service for those who have a family history of heart and/or lung problems. Thanks for offering this service at an affordable price.

Overall, it was a good experience. The technician performing the scan was not very friendly and seemed as though she wanted to be anywhere else, but there. After a warm welcome, upon entering the building and a pleasant meeting with Charles, I expected the important part (the actual scan), of the visit, to be exceptional as well.

The only thing that would have made this better is if they didnt make you feel like you dont value your health because you cannot afford a package plan. Some people live paycheck to paycheck and dont deserve to be pressured or act like they dont care about there health !

Beautiful modern clean offices and patient scanning areas...Friendly professional staff. Nice fast scans. Somewhat disappointed in your estimated time to get our results however. At this point I am going out on a limb to give you 4 stars since we still do not seen the report to determine if it is clear and concise with the details needed to feel we got a valuable product. they eventually delivered as expected, but just be aware if you are there on a promotional pricing you will have to sit through a "time share type" presentation to as they attempt to up-sell you.

The scan technicians and reception staff were very friendly. The results were sent in a timely manner. On the negative side was a sales pitch. We knew there would be a “consultation”, however we were not prepared for a price of several $1,000s, which we were strongly recommended to pay for further scans. Way beyond our budget, to say the least.

It was a great experience for me. The people were very nice and explained every step of the way.

Overall, it was a good experience. Kim was informative, and while we knew it was his job to sell us one of the full body scan packages, we certainly felt the pressure to buy one... but not so much that we wanted to leave. Very professional environment. Anxious to see what our scans look like. Thanks.
