I did not find out until my appt that the majority of my time would be spent listening to a "sell more scans" presentation. Also I was very surprised to find out that no doctor would review the scan results while I was there, as I was informed when I purchased the scans. Very poor presentation, and very inadequate service as far as medical attention to customer explanation and care is concerned. I'm not even sure the mailed results are mine.

Since all of our results are read by our licensed radiologist we are unable to do the consultation over your results the same day. However, once you receive your results you can give our office a call and schedule an appointment to review them with our doctor.

I knew that the offer was promotional so I was ready for the sale push when I got there. However, there was never a really valid reason to get more than one scan. Also, what happens to original amount that I paid? Shouldn't you subtract that from my final purchase price? Also, would like a more valid process of getting my results. The "if you get a call in 48 hours is bad versus waiting three weeks..." is very broad, and still bad for those with concerns. I purchased the full body scan because of concerns that I have, and not knowing when I'll get the results is unnerving.

Had scan oh ho hum. For the amount of money we paid u wud think a more personal experience w results. Rather than a chart in the mail... Makes me wonder if someone was truly sick would they be contacted or just be mailed a death certificate?...

I was pleased with the actual testing but I was very displeased that we had to sit through an hour of trying to get us to buy more services.

It would have been nice to have alerted that a sales pitch would precede the scan. I would also be helpful to have this medical record electronically; making it even easier to share the records with other health professionals. Also, this survey is my first communication from you, as side from the printed results. If there is a portal to retrieve my records, please share. Last thing, get rid of the New York/slick salesmen. With all that said, I like the idea of this service.

We thought the scan was great. Would have loved for the doctor to view it with us afterwards. We received a call that reports was just going to get emailed to us because the dr was over booked.
