You guys should have told everyone up front there would be a hard sell towards getting people to sign up for more.

We were told would take one hour and we were there over two hours so that was the only annoying thing otherwise scan was easy.

I was not told I was getting a buy into the machines “time share”. It was a good sell but could ha e been for warned.

Overall A.B.S. was professional, and I believe we received good value for our time and money spent, we received our Heart and Lung scan report and it is valuable and informative. However, we thoroughly did not enjoy the overall experience of the "pre scan" session and overall approach of the sales pitch to purchase a full body scan membership. I don't blame the salesperson, he was professional. The entire visit was 1.5 hrs, we were told "30 minutes" at the State Fair when we bought the package. We felt like it was a timeshare pitch. Monthly payments for body scans? Why not just publish your best "special" prices for the full body scans and provide that at time of the appointment (for those who may be interested in a long term agreement with ABS, or upgrades to the full body scan). Why all the car sales techniques and drawn out presentations? We felt that part could have been handled differently. A short 5 - 10 minute info session where they provide the "package" prices, and not in a closed office where you feel obligated to sit through entire session just to receive your scan.

I really like to concept of what you all are doing, but it felt a lot like being pressured by a used car salesman to purchase all the warranties. Definitely interested in the program.

If you skipped the car salesmen trying to sell $12k packages it would be an excellent service. We were given pricing all over the board and just wanted the couples deal on the scan that was advertised for $82.00. Spending 45 minutes of our time in a room trying to sell you stuff you keep saying you don't want to do is a waste of peoples time. We did get our scans in the mail as promised. I think you should just give people 1 page up front with add ons and let them choose. It is already a stressful time bc you know you could get a scan that shows something bad so adding the salesman type stress is ridiculous!!

Just wanted the heart and lung scan. Did not want to sit an hour through a sales presentation, that wanted me to spend $10,000. Not impressed with sales pitch. The scan and report are great.

Great price but gave the impression that we would have a personal consultation. Instead told would get letter in 2 weeks. Letter needs better explanation of results where a common person can understand some statements given. Will have to see our doctor to review since the only scan consultation was an hour long sales pitch to but additional future scans. When reluctant, we were dropped like a hot potato.
