Talk to us forever tell we gave in for a higher priced package deal. Took 3 + months to get results after calling every week after we was supposed to get them. They said they didn’t have our address but we sure got our bill on time & before we even got results. Said they mailed I don’t know how many to the wrong address so who knows who else has all our paperwork too. Never went back for a colonoscopy. Terrible experience 👎🏼

When I arrived I was meet by an elderly man who began to blow smoke up my butt about body scans, then gave me the pitch on how much it was going to cost.......the bad part was how long he took, over an hour was his sales pitch, I finely told him that I either wanted my heart scan, which I had already paid for, or I wanted my money back so I could leave, I was then lead to a room where a young lady escorted me into the room where my body scan was preformed, the scan only took a few minutes, that was the best part of the entire ordeal, the rest...sucked, not coming back.

I bought this when it was first advertised as a special but they will pressure you into buying the expense packet. The test only takes minutes. The sad thing is every doctor I took results to dismissed them and would not add to my records. So in a sense it was a big wast of money.

The technology and potential for discovering disease is amazing. The hard, pushy sales job is not. The process was not efficient at all. What should have taken an hour took at least 2. I had to call and call to get my results mailed to me.
