Grueling sales pitch! I felt like I was at a timeshare presentation! I was quite interested at first. As time went on, I got so tired of the repetition. I even asked once what time it was and that didn’t slow her down. By the time she finally got to the prices, I wouldn’t have purchased anything. We were in there for 1 hour and 50 minutes. And when she asked if my husband wasn’t worth this, that did it! Made both of us mad! You have a great product, and she was very nice, but needs to compress her presentation. The friends that recommended this were in there 1 hour.

The actual scan and the individuals who did the scan were excellent and very quick. The sales pitch was way too aggressive. The approach made us feel very uncomfortable

I was talked into buying an expensive service that I could not use. Also, I was told my results would be back in 7 days. It is going on 13 days and I still have not received anything.

Very nice people but it’s really just a sales pitch using scare tactics.

Too much upsale

Leader product with an Hour long up-sell. Felt like I was buying a car.

The woman who conducted the scan was great. That’s what the two stars were for. No stars otherwise. The idea of bringing people in to conduct a meeting that strongly resembled a time share sales pitch was very disappointing. The minute I realized what this was I turned the guy off. It appears this is a worthwhile service. The fact that you have to resort to time share like scare tactics to sell your service gives the appearance that the services offered aren’t what they seem.

Was not very satisfied. I had my scan done, left the office, got a mile away and was called to comeback for a rescan. did that and received a call two days later that they needed to scan me again because something did not work. Went in after three days and was told that everything was good and they did not need to rescan me. When i received the report, there were no notations about heart valves and blockages. They were all blank. Had an appointment to meet with the doctor to go over results and it was cancelled and said we did not need to come in. Three months later had a heart cath performed by my cardiologist and they showed 40 blockage. your machine should have picked that up. I feel like i have been taken by a scam and locked in now for 5 years.
