The employees we interacted with were very courteous and friendly. The only issue we had with the entire experience was when one of the salesman tried to seat 6 people together in the small waiting room. My wife had to mention social distancing so that didn't happen.

Overall, the experience was pretty good. We were greeted warmly and check in was easy, and we didn’t have to wait very long. We were told that there would be a presentation, so we knew what to expect. It was a bit of a hard sell for their package deals of scans. Since we got the scans with a Groupon, we figured that would be the case. After saying no to the packages, we were escorted to the machine, had our scans and went home. The results came in the mail about a week later, and that was that.

I just got my Scan yesterday. I chose to upgrade to the full body scan. I'm praying that the scan detects what I can feel happening inside my body. And I 🙏 it's in time to save my life!

Everyone was extremely friendly. The test are well worth it but I felt as though I was at a time share resort where the representative was trying to sell me something.

When we made our appointment, we thought we were just going to get a scan. We did not know that we were going to be sidelined for a sales presentation for 45 minutes to take a 5 minute scan. The gentleman was very friendly and professional, but we felt that we were in a time share sales pitch. Having said that, we definitely appreciate the service you provide to people and the marketing opportunity it presents for your organization. We did meet the General Manager who was very courteous and answered our questions very effectively. I recommend a slightly different approach to talk with people for only 5 - 10 minutes and leave people with the information to make a decision when they get home. Instead of only 7 and 12 year long-term plan options, I recommend a 2, 3 and 5 year option with 2 for 1 pricing. I would also set up a loyalty program with perks to encourage people to come back on a regular basis. FYI: We are on fixed income and appreciate the opportunity to get a health scan, but we are not in a position to make a large purchase like that. Thank you!

Everything was great. It almost felt like we were buying into a time share. Once I get the results, I might feel more comfortable.

It was ok,but a bit too long.

It takes about an 1 1/2 hours. The consultation is the longest and I thought the extended contract/finance options to secure more body scans for the next 5 years was too pushy. The scan only takes 5 minutes. I think this is awesome to have a pre-screening to detect any problems. Amen.
