When you scheduled your appointment the receptionist should have mentioned that it would include a 60-minute consultation to inform you of our additional services and we apologize if this caught you unaware. Hi Mary. I'm sorry to hear about your experience. Unfortunately, our CT machine was not working yesterday and we have been unable to get a technician out today. We should have it working by next week and will give you a call for you to come in and get your scan as soon as it is. Hi Leticia, I see that your appointment was May 18. Typically results are mailed 7-10 business days after your appointment. If you do not receive your results by the beginning of next week please give us call.

Part of this promotional offer if a 60-minute consultation reviewing other services that we provide to continue your preventive health and you should have been told this upon scheduling your appointment. Hi Danny, our doctor typically only calls patients about their results if there was something detected that needs to be urgently addressed. However, once you receive your results you can give our office a call and set up a consultation with our doctor. Please feel free to give us a call if you have any other questions.
