The appointment took extremely too long. I did not mind the pitch but when setting up the appointment your rep told us it would take 15 minutes. We both work and had a very tight schedule to begin with. After 1.5 hours my patients reached its limit. Honesty in setting up the appointment would have been nice. I would have still come if you told me the appropriate time line. Your receptionist in front was not helpful or apologetic in the amount of time the process would take. Extremely disappointed but you get what you pay for. Lesson learned!

Today date is 01/15/2021, I still haven't recieve the scan I did on 12/15/2020. I got a call from Dr. Slater on 12/22/2020 but no results of the scan has been provided for me to take to the doctor.

Total buyers remorse. $10,070.00 with a 11.99% annual interest rate! What was I thinking? Wish I could get out of this somehow.

I never got my scan. It has to be rescheduled. I spoke to the manager Ron, who said he'd handle the rescheduling but he's never called me.

This was awful. I got the sense this was going to be a miserable time share-like presentation and of course it was. It was very dissatisfying and I will share my experience. I came in for a simple body scan, not a cheesy time suck. The highlight was when our presenter pouted about us not buying and told us he didn't agree with our decision. Who cares what he thinks. I would not recommend this experience to anyone.

The initial "sales" experience was exhausting. The employees are very nice but the sales pitch needs to be cut down significantly. I was brain dead after the first few minutes and knew what I wanted before my appointment. Maybe ask the client first before making them sit thru a 1 hour presentation? My results arrived and I have to admit-- I really don't feel confident they are accurate. I certainly hope so but I'm just not sure I'm as perfect as the report indicates. It also has incorrect data such as "patient reports history of hysterectomy". No I didn't

Very disappointed in the amount of time it takes to get these results. Previous heart scans were discussed onsite within minutes of the scan. I was sent directly to a cardiologist for further examination. Since it has been a week without a word from you, I am guessing you found no issues. Problems I know about from previous heart Cath was apparently undetected by your scan; therefore I am a little nervous about trusting what you tell me you find or don’t find in the lung scan.

when i get a colostomy i take the stuff to flush out my bowels for one day. when i made this apointment i was not told i had to take stuff for 3 days and could not take the other stuff for one day. since i called in the day before the scan i could not do it. i got pissed. i will go somewhere else. dennis cooper 903.654.3644
