I just felt like we were at a car…
I just felt like we were at a car dealership pressured to buy the Lexus package and we did not have a $25,000 bank account to do further scans

To be honest
To be honest, this was kind of a weird experience. The actual scan took about 3 minutes and was easy as could be but the meeting before that…let’s just say it felt like we were on one of those things where you get the cheap vacation but you have to listen to the hour and a half presentation, and things were being said like “we can throw in this if you sign up today” Personally, I felt like it took something that could really be so life changing (and life saving in some cases) and cheapened it.

Timeshare pitch…
The experience was similar to going to a timeshare or buying a new car. When we refused the up sale... The manager came in to offer us a better deal. My wife and I went in for a heart and lung scan that was suppose to take 10 minutes. We sat through a 2 1/2 hours sales pitch. Once we were finally allowed to do the test that we paid for... it actually took about 5 minutes.

spent to much time trying to pressure…
spent to much time trying to pressure us to pay more when we already said we were to strapped for money as it was. we were just glad to get this scan.

I believe what they're offering is…
I believe what they're offering is beneficial just had a problem with a few things that I'm sure will get worked out in time, after it's not so new. We went when the Houston location was just opening and still under construction. Was told appointment would take 1 hour and it took 3, bathrooms not ready for customers and would have liked to of seen an initial offer for whole body scan and not just heart and lung. For example paid $164 for couples heart and lung but would have paid $500 for a couples body scan instead of it being an upsell to their program.

Thank you for being patient with us as we were still in the renovating process. Our facility is completely built out, with working bathrooms and we would love to have you back to take a tour. As of now the only promotion we have is the heart and lung scan and appreciate the input for a couple's body scan. We will keep it in mind. Thank you again for taking the time to leave a review!

Sales pitch a little strong
I thought the actual procedure was quick and easy. The sales pitch to purchase future scans was a little long and a bit too strong. They make you feel before ever seeing the results of your first scan that you may not live long enough for a second. They are heavy on the scare tactics and play up any concerns you have mentioned. Other folks scans have little to do with my future unless they are an immediate family member with same parents and similar lifestyle.

Just too much pressure
Just too much pressure. Traveled too far to be in the office for 3hrs.

High pressure sales
The scan part of the visit was great, however I did not know the “going over medical history” part of visit would be a high pressured sales pitch to buy more scans! Disappointed in that which was most of the appointment time.
