Better safe than sorry

Enjoyed the interaction with my salesman up to the point when his disapproval of my decision to not purchase a package was palpable. His friendliness just disappeared, which was disappointing since I do intend to return and purchase a package at a later date. I think the service that they provide is invaluable to one's health. The report I received of the heart and lung scan that I purchased for less than $100 was very revealing and helpful.

It was a good experience, except for having to sit through a 1 1/2 hour talk trying to convince us we should get scanned every year or so. It was frustrating. We felt like it was one of the time share deals, where you sit through the talk and then they try to convince you to sign up. I just don't feel that's how medical tests, etc should be handled.

Very friendly staff and overall was a good experience. I would definitely recommend, but just know the majority of your time at the appointment is listening to a pitch to finance a 12 year contract for annual scans. We saw the medical benefit, but the cost was equal to a monthly car payment so we passed.

The process was very relaxing and no undue pressure for the sales pitch. The scan results were appreciated and informative but not what I was wishing for

I got your special $82 heart and lung scan. This is a very good deal and this specific experience and follow up was EXCELLENT. I give it a 5+ rating!!! I was willing to sit thru the sales pitch for other services and annual scans. I just feel that there was a bit of pressure and the other services and annual scans are very expensive, especially if not covered by insurance. You seem to have a good product - prices just need to come down and somehow get some insurance coverage. You are probably a bit ahead of your time. Thanks for a great scan experience.

My wife and I really thought that this would be a good idea to get a solid diagnostic scan now that we are over 50. The results were very clear and after reviewing with our Dr, we are in good shape! I don't care much for the sales procedure, but I understand that they are trying to sell a medical service that insurance doesn't cover, so that's expected.

Great information. Drew was personable. But the pressure was on. Scare tactics used. Don’t like that. All we wanted was the Groupon deal.
