It's fine but not a complete product with all tocopherols and tocotrienols required in a vitamin E supplement.

This is one of the best products I have ever purchased from anywhere! (Ultimate Bone Support) It has helped to increase my bone density in several areas that have osteopenia or osteoporosis. My orders are always correct and are received in a timely manner. Thank you for offering this product!

In late 2020 I purchased 3 Advanced Memory Formula and after trying it I realized it did not agree with my digestion. I called in December to cancel and was issued a refund. In January 2021 they sent 3 more bottles. I called after receiving and was told to refuse and return the package. I did but was never issued a credit. In June 2021 I sent them a certified letter regarding the matter. The letter for which I received the green card included the tracking info on the return printed from USPS. I also explained that when I cancelled the CSR assured me there was no subscription in effect. I have never received the $107.85 refund due. Considering that I have dealt with this group since early 2000, I am very disappointed and am not likely to buy anything more from them though I continue to receive weekly solicitations. Their products are first rate and at least two I am still using after more than a decade but now buying from other sources.

Our records indicate that we processed your refund for the January order received in error on February 10, 2021 in the amount of 107.85. This amount was refunded back to the VISA ending in 5474. At this time, there are no additional refunds due. We typically ask customers to allow 30 days including transit time for our team to process refunds. We certainly did not intend to cause any frustration or confusion. Once the package was received your refund was processed immediately. You should specify to Canadians that you have to pay custums on delivery. I will not order again because of that.

They cancelled my order and never return my money , they claim they didn't take the money. My bank checked the transaction and the transfer was fully processed. This company is stiling costumers money !!!
