The Sleepers ear buds have worked great for me. I listen to my classical radio station from Boston with a portable HD pocket radio while I sleep. The fidelity and dynamics are quite sufficient even at low levels. They are comfortable and offer great isolation. An added plus, the wires get better reception than my other IEM's.
