Hello Misha, Thank you for the review and we're happy to hear that custom tips are working properly. We apologize for the amount of time it took to complete production. Generally, for new IEMs that were not on our compatibility list, there is an added two weeks to the lead time as our production team make sure that any possible issues are addressed before shipment. However, we had experienced a production issue which had pushed back the order fulfillment even further than normal. We are working with our production team to make sure that this doesn't happen with future orders. Best, Jane Customer Service

Hello Gary, Thanks for your feedback. Accessport 2 is an independent DAC / Amp, and its sound output / clarity will vary widely among different types of in-ear monitors.
