I understand the cause of the covid 19 cases. Will be delays, but You didn't take the initiative to update the information.Until I asked... You only have updated information... You don’t have that model. I’ll send my model make one , This model you use online shop for others. but the cost is me .

Hello Lui, Thank you for the feedback and we regret to hear your experience with us wasn't satisfactory. For Eartune Fidelity custom tips, if they are to be made for a set of IEMs that is not under our current compatibility list, we can accommodate by 3D modeling them in our lab as long as it is deemed to be compatible for Eartune Fidelity. The 3D modeling does require physical IEMs to be shipped to our lab, and this is an option that we provide to all customers who inquire us with new IEMs. Going forward, we will improve upon our communications with the progress of the Eartune Fidelity orders as we understand that it is a custom handmade-to-order product that is uniquely different from a standard ordered item.
