Hi Jeremy, Could you help check that all of the original tips from the AirPods Pro are removed? Sometimes the silicone part comes off of the white buckle that is mounted on the AirPods Pro. That part also needs to be removed first before the Eartune foam tips can be installed on. Please get in touch with us at [email protected] so that we can further assist.
