I bought an expensive pair of Universal Layla Aion IEMs and was anxious to get Eartune Fidelity Tips (custom ear tips). Although the ADV team only communicates via e-mail (not phone), they are the consummate professionals. They told me that they would have to get their hands on my Laylas since they had not made Eartunes for that IEM before. I took the leap of faith and sent my precious new earphones to a company with which I never dealt before. ADV was fast and efficient, walking me through every step of the process to reassure me that my Laylas were in good hands. The product is terrific, making it a joy to listen to my music. I have already ordered two more pair.
