The wireless earphones are exactly as advertised. Great sound and very comfortable to wear while sitting listening to music or exercising at moderate to high levels. Would recommend this product.

I had an issue where my package was marked delivered by USPS but it wasn’t in my mailbox. I emailed support and was contacted right away that a second package would be sent to me and confirmed my address. I got the new package a few days later (along with the original one as well— thanks USPS). I was so impressed by how prompt and helpful they were in making things right even though it was obvious the mistake wasn’t on their end!

Fantastic experience doing business with ADV. I ordered a set of custom tips for Sony IER-Z1R. ADV delivered a perfectly fitting set of tips in far less time than originally estimated, and was also able to deliver 3D scan files of my ear impressions for further use.
