The customer support great.
The customer support great. I got custom ear protectors from them 5 years ago. I lost one, so I decided to update my Moulds and order a new pair. I went contacted support and told them to wait until I got the new ones. They were very attentive and got my order correct.

Love these!!!!
These came really fast and work so well! I have small ears so got the assorted pack and the smalls stay in so much better tha. The original AirPod earbuds… and the sound is better because it blocks ambient noise better!
