DVD prices have doubled, the website is faulty, and Zero customer assistance. Time to look for another Supplier because Adult Empire won't appreciate your business.

My girlfriend and I like watching adult content from time to time. This was a nice looking site thinking that they'd be reputable has proven me wrong. The VOD was slow and shoddy and since I "watched" my minutes, they were not willing to help or compensated me for the bad watching experience. I had made a few DVD purchases and all them were wrong which baffled me since they weren't big orders. Wrong DVDs, missing DVDs, and one order never arrived. I have to say I wasn't expecting this and was quite disappointed. Never will I patronize this company again. I'm going to look around elsewhere since getting virus free adult content is difficult. I NEVER use a tube or "free" sites since they invade your PC with malware, keyloggers and trojans. Watching free p*rn online is NEVER ever free, your personal information is at risk.

They shipped me a supposed new DVD in its case. It arrived scratched. It shouldn't have been, as it was securely in its case. So I followed their return/exchange protocol (because they don't do refunds). Then they informed me that they can't do that because they only exchange for the exact same dvd. Well the reason why they couldn't do that is because apparently now it's backordered for six or more weeks. A reputable company would refund the money if they're exchange policy couldn't be achieved due to a back order. This is a scamming company. They send you junk so you send it back and then don't replace the junk they sent you. But it takes them no time to take the money out of your account.

They keep sending me the wrong DVDs and they never replace them with the correct ones. This has happened three times and as far as I'm concerned - you're out! How hard is it to simply just walk a warehouse and pick the right DVD? How hard is it to help customers and give them what they paid for? Don't let the nice-looking site fool you, their support sucks. Sorry.

Absolute train wreck. Non formated.dvds sent , returned and more defective ones sent. This has happened a few times. Horrific to do business with , returns take months in some cases. No refunds given. Never again.

Ordered a few dvds, because i had ordered 18 years ago, they automaticly sent to ild address. Never got refund, reorder or anything. They just repped me off.

I ordered 3 DVD 📀 & am very pleased 😌 with the service I got & how they always keep me in the loop 🔁 by responding to my emails very quickly. The DVD 📀 they offer are very good 😌 and they also do profiles on the stars 🤩 and podcasts. A great 👍 company to deal with!
