BEWARE: They created a website for me for $2000 and then held it hostage for $1000, when I try to change companies. They will tell you they will host your site for free and give you full administrative access to your WordPress. However, they do not give you administrative access to your Wordpress and then when you try to change companies, they charge you a $1000 fee to get access to the website. They promised you the world and then deliver basically nothing. They create spam back links and after one year’s work my website has a domain authority score of two. They respond to your email messages with AI, and are not pleasant people to work with. Mike, Austin, Rebekah, and definitely Ashley are rude and can not be trusted. Take your business elsewhere.

A company of AI bots run with stupidity
Do not waste your time with this company
They will email you incessantly asking to work on your website
I had to ask them multiple times what are they talking about how do I know they are legit what website are they talking about
It turns out they wanted me to pay to work on a friends website because they randomly saw my email on a comment connected to the website and thought I owned the website
An idiot can figure it out but apparently this AI run company cannot avoid and bill them for your time

INSIDE REALITY ABOUT ADSROLE
INSIDE REALITY ABOUT ADSROLE - Unprofessional, Fake Virtual Assistance Interviews (Proxy), No Training Structure, No FNF, etc. * I am holding 10+ years of Experience with multiple companies like Genpact, Accenture, etc., (Worked in AdsRole as Business Growth Manager for 1 month). Please consider each of the below pointers so professionally and seriously if you are planning for a job change/switch, or they visit your college for recruitment, or you are a fresher *
* Unprofessional, bunch of friends with Anish (CEO), and a full lack of knowledge in people who don't even know how to create a Pivot on MS Excel
* Fake Virtual Assistance Interviews
* No Training Structure
* Demonstrates gaps in essential knowledge and technical understanding
* Lacks the necessary knowledge to meet role expectations
* Exhibits conduct that is inappropriate and disruptive to a professional work environment.
* Dead leads and unresponsive database.
* Only a sycophant, flatterer, stooge, yes-man, or bootlicker can survive here; if you are well deserving, knowledgeable, & experienced, you are not considered with your talent. So, freshers, beware of your decision if you are planning a bright future
ADVICE FOR MANAGEMENT
Enforce a professional code of conduct to prevent inappropriate or disruptive behavior and to foster a respectful, collaborative work environment. Strengthen professionalism across the organization by minimizing favoritism and ensuring that roles and responsibilities are filled based on merit and competence rather than personal relationships. Set clear expectations for role competency and hold individuals accountable for meeting required standards. Address existing gaps in essential knowledge and technical proficiency through targeted training, upskilling programs, and performance evaluations. Implement a clear and structured training framework to ensure employees are adequately equipped with the skills and tools required for their roles. Establish transparent and genuine recruitment practices, particularly for virtual assistant interviews, to maintain credibility and attract qualified talent.

Real Employee Experience with AdsRole…
Real Employee Experience with AdsRole Company (Based on Actual Points):
AdsRole has been described by many former employees as an extremely unprofessional and disappointing workplace. Based on several firsthand accounts, here are some key observations about the company:
Extremely Poor Work Environment:
AdsRole is often considered a terrible company to work for, lacking professionalism and employee care.
No Payment After Resignation:
Employees who resign often do not receive their final payments or pending salaries, which is highly unethical.
False Employee Feedback:
The company provides false or negative feedback about former employees to other companies, damaging their reputation and future opportunities.
Constant Employee Surveillance:
Every small activity of employees is monitored excessively, creating a sense of distrust and pressure at the workplace.
Irresponsible Owner Behavior:
The owner is known to have a carefree, indulgent lifestyle and seems more focused on personal enjoyment than on the company’s well-being.
More Like a School Than a Company:
The rigid rules, restrictions, and lack of professionalism make it feel more like a school than a workplace.
Collects Money from Employees for Owner’s Birthday:
Employees are forced to contribute money so the owner can celebrate his own birthday — a highly exploitative practice.
Distributes Expired Biscuits in the Name of Treats:
During events or celebrations, expired biscuits are handed out to staff, showing complete disregard and disrespect.
Daily-Wage Style Payments:
Employees are paid only for the exact number of working days, similar to how daily-wage laborers are treated — there are no fixed salaries or proper benefits.

Worst company
I got a call from this company's HR department. She asked me to come to the Noida office for a face-to-face interview. I told her that I was looking for a fully remote job. She said, "Yes, we are okay with that. Our team lead wants to talk to you, and there will be an interview round."
I traveled from Mathura to Noida just for the interview. There were three rounds. The first round went really well, and they were impressed. Next was the assessment round, which also went well, as the team lead said. In the final discussion round, the team lead told me they were okay with my requested salary but could not offer a remote job because there was no such option.
I reminded him that I had already confirmed the remote work with HR. He said, "Okay, we will let you know in a day or two." But I never got a call from them. When I followed up, HR said my content was not good enough, and they found a better candidate. They did not stick to their words.
I suggest not wasting your time with this company and going through multiple interview rounds for nothing.
