Great Experience
Good selection of parts and good prices. Part arrived quickly and in good condition.I would recommend this site to anyone needing some parts for older cars. Thanks for the good service.

I was sent the wrong part, but they took care of it right away.
I was sent the wrong part. In order to get the right part quickly, I was charged for a second part until the wrong part is returned at my expense. While Seth at the desk was professional and helpful, he could not explain why I'm penalized with a +$20 shipping cost for something that was not my fault! 4/10/15 Quick update, Joe at Adsit fixed things right away. I'll keep shopping with them. Thanks for being real responsive. Rocque

Rocque, Thank you for your business and your review. We are very sorry for the mix up, but I think there must be some confusion on the return issues. Please see below email sent on 3/15/15. "Rocque, This is Joe with the Adsit Company. I will check into this first thing Monday morning. Once the part is received back, if the part is in fact wrong I will make sure the return shipping is credit back to your credit card. The shipping fees will be returned with the cost of the part. Thanks Joe" As you can see a refund for the return shipping has been authorized. You simply need to get the part back to us first so we can issue the refund. New products shouldn't have defects
I was happy with price, delivery time and product availability but new hood had defects in the center (dimples) that cost me and extra $54 for removal before hood was painted. I had to decide whether to return this large item for another, risking a similar problem or pay to have body shop repair the defect. The body shop recommended repair and I agreed. So I decided to pay them the additional $54 but obviously was less than happy.

Best company I have ever dealt with.
I have been dealing with Joe at ADSIT for about a month now. I do not believe I have ever dealt with a company with such great service and knowledge. Joe has been exceptional in his response time, knowledge, and willingness to find what I have needed for my 1992 Mercedes 400e at a price I can afford . Thanks Joe! (I hope your boss reads this)
