I needed a passenger side sun visor for a 96 mercedes 320sl. I order both the passenger and driver side so they would match. After a 3 week wait I get the driver side visor (which I only order for a match) delivered and then a call later saying the passenger side is no longer available and the driver side that I got is not returnable. $629.00 visor that I now don't need. I was told when I ordered that the order would be shipped when complete which to me means if they can't fill the order complete I should get a call or email asking me what I want them to do not a shipment and a call after the incomplete order is already at my home. after much complaining they said i could return the visor for a store credit---only to find out later that they charged me over $100.00 in restocking. so here i sit with a $450.00 + credit at a company that i really do not care to do any more business with.

I am grateful for having a knowledgable source for obscure parts! The only thing I'd request is better/more pics and better descriptions, but really it was pretty good. Website works well and part was delivered fairly quickly.

In 2004 I purchased a very used MB 190E with the 5 speed manual transmission. Window operators did not work. Power antenna did not work. Needed brakes. Speedo/odometer was broken. Dash was cracked. Drivers side interior door panel was damaged. Shocks were bad. It did run, but poorly. Needed both mufflers also. With Adsit supplying most of the parts and assisting with what parts were actually needed. Myself and a Mercedes mechanic friend did most of the repair in my garage including replacing the top end. I just installed a rebuilt A/C compressor from Adsit following my ordering the incorrect compressor. They made the exchange at no charge. I've driven this fine automobile all over the US and have added over 90000 miles to the original mileage. Great car. And Adsit is an excellent company. Many thanks.
