Ordered used headlight module for my…
Ordered used headlight module for my 1999 e320 wagon. Electrical connector for large bulb is missing. Small bulb is burned out. Also, I did order a used headlight switch that works perfectly.

John, Thanks for the review. Yes you did purchase a used headlight assembly. I am sorry but we do not always check the bulbs. We do test the assembly prior to being removed from the car and put on the shelf. If there is an issue with the headlight itself let me know. If you need the bulbs I can get those to you at no charge as well. Sorry for any hassle this may have caused. If you don't mind next time just pick up the phone and give us a call at 800 521 7656 so we can correct any issues a little quicker and more effectively... Reviews like this are tough on small online businesses like ours. I understand if we refused to assist, but things happen and we would appreciate the opportunity to make it right. It took too long to be shipped and poor quality part
It took too long to be shipped, over a week and a half for it to be packed up and to start shipping. Another four or five days to arrive. When I inspect the mirror the mirror surface is nice but the socket on the back where the pivot attaches to the mirror body is loose (unglued?) so the mirror flops back and forth. Just not acceptable. Judging by the amount of bubble wrap used in shipping it had to have been that way when it left there. Really unprofessional if you ask me.Things are getting better with the help from Joe at Adsit. Seems better but withholding on my final opinion until I actually receive the promised product. Heading in the right direction.

Kevin, Sorry to hear that... Certainly not acceptable. All of our used parts do come with a 60 day exchange warranty. I will get a replacement on the way today at no charge. Please hold that unit and the packaging and we will get a return label to you right away!
