Terrible customer service. I called to get some pricing information and told the guy I wanted to shop around first and he hung up on me. He also tried to say I had an account with them before based out of Ohio and that is sent to collections. I have never even lived in Ohio nor called this company before today. If you want someone's business, probably shouldn't hang up on them. For that sole reason I will NOT be going with them even if they are a few dollars cheaper!

Horrible customer service. I just got off the phone with Jontay whatever his name is and he hung up on me not once but twice! He tried to sell me on ADS, I respectfully told him I appreciate all this information but I would also like to Hear from other interlock companies. If I choose you guys I will def give you a call back tomorrow and he hung up on me instantly! I called back and asked him is he ok or did a call drop? His response was “you said you wanted to hear out other companies” and he hung up again. lol I wouldn’t choose this company if I wanted to and plan on writing a review of this situation on every platform. Alcohol detection systems has the worst customer service. I was hung up on 15 times today because they want to talk while I’m talking. I pay them for service and they don’t work weekends or bother to call you back when they say they will. I’ve been with them for years and I’ve had enough. I am doing everything and anything to switch companies. My car is stuck because of a device error and they want me to pay to get the car towed 30 minutes to have them put another faulty device in. One lady was helpful and was trying to get me a better Intoxalock device because they own both companies. The lady Cletia never called back and when I called back I got the same 2 mean and unhelpful people that hang up on me even though I’m paying them for a breathalyzer that is not functional and I can’t drive because there customer service is terrible. I have to come up with ideas from there earlier customer service reps that quit . Like a mobile installer, how is it my fault that their device is error coding saying clock set error and now I don’t get to go to work or doctor for a week?

Most unreliable device on the market along with the worst customer service. The device throws up error codes nonstop, doesn’t allow for samples to be given after car is turned off (unlike other devices will) and moved me from a location that was in my same town to a service location 1 1/2 hours away and expecting me to drive that far working a full time job. Recently I’ve been sick and requested that they give me an extension due to the fact I can’t drive that far and he proceeded to tell me basically I was SOL and that I’d have to pay for lockout fees and what not. Terrible service, terrible device.

This interlock service wil steal money from you bank account if you trust then to do the right thing . You wil always loose. Shut them down and boyclot .

The worst customer service I have ever dealt with. They'll help you to install the device & set up an account to take your money but when you need help. You'll be transferred to customer service only to be on hold for a half an hour & the call will automatically hang up. It's a shame I can't give them a negative one star or zero stars instead. Worst company I've ever dealt with

Wrote a previous review and emailed the info given to the response of that review. I’ve been on hold for over and hour today called and emailed various emails I have been given to resolve the same violation that was never resolved and also have my unit removed. Still have not been in touch with anyone. Basically at this point it seems no one except the accounts receivable is working for this company. I have turned off the ability to be automatically debited by this company with my bank account and am discontinuing service. This is honestly the weirdest experience I have ever had with a company in my life. There is no service, no resolution, it almost seems like just someone is taking money from accounts. Is that illegal?

i have problem with them since my frist put the device in my car i have called them the customer service just try to take the money the only things they worry while i need explanation from someone better then this! they dont respect me because he said everytime i call i never want to make a payment? the pay he mean is the violetion that i need to speak with someone can help me better then told me there nothing to be arguesand told me take make a payment this last time i call i jeed to speak with manager 3 time request and still dont get no answer they never give me a call! i have make my payment every months on time
