ADS Sports EyewearReviews of adseyewear.com

I've ordered a few frames and some prescription lenses from AES Eyewear and have been happy with their products. They were able to fit a prescription into my favorite Wiley X frames when other vendors could not. The prescriptions came back very accurate and considering the lenses were wrapped it's impressive that their lab was able to produce an accurate prescription. The first round of lenses fit the frames, but the second time I ordered the lenses they were a better fit and were more snug to the frames (showing improvement with a custom product). I did get a set of clear lenses that appear to have reached their maximum prescription because there were some flat areas towards the outside edges of the frames. Other than that I've had no complaints. I recommend AES for regular frames, typical prescription and even custom prescription jobs.

WILEY X at a good price. 90 mph and my glasses stay on and only enough wind to keep from fogging. I don't use a windshield they do have a fogging problem at night until I get rolling. I use the transitional so I don't have to change lenses. The next time I need riding glasses I will be back.

This place is a really good place to get a pair of prescription sunglasses or protective eyewear. I am in the Army and needed a pair of prescription sunglasses and clear lenses because the military issue stuff clings to dust and dirt like duct tape. I ordered some Oakleys and those were great. The lens were right the first time and were perfect for what I needed. I realized later on that the sunglasses only come with one set of lenses when you get the prescription variety so I emailed these guys back asking about prescription clear lenses and they got back to me right away. I paid for the new clear lenses and there was no delay on ADS's behalf to get this through immediately. I was informed of every step of the process and if there were questions I always got an email for clarification. As of the time of this review, my clear lenses are in transit on their way to Afghanistan. As for the 4 stars. The company is top notch and the employees go above and beyond for the military. The lack of a fifth star is purely price. I bought these glasses not knowing about US Standard Issue and found that the very glasses I bought through ADS could have been acquired via USI for about 60% of ADS's price. Now, I have never used USI, so I can't' say that customer service would be the same as ADS. The bottom line is ADS is a great company and goes head over heels to help the military. Free APO shipping is a huge plus. They do also give light discounts on merchandise for military. One recommendation would be for them to see if they could be more price competitive with USI and also identify which of their eyewear selections are on the APEL (Army aPproved Eyewear List)

The Prescription was filled correct. the hot 7 eye frame looked good . Here comes the But .. But the right side of the fame was hard and squeaky when opened. The sales or tech should have noticed. It's good customer service . I am happy with my shades and I will buy more from ADS sports eyewear.

I liked the fact that I didn't have to submit a copy of my prescription for ads to make my glasses.

I visited their office and they were very friendly and helpful. Excellent value for money b I'll go there again.

Experience was very good, operator was very knowledgable and helpful. Shipping was fast and everything went as expected.no surprises which is a good thing.
