Ordered universal perscription lens inserts and lenses for my ski goggles, I was a bit apprehensive about ordering perscription lenses online, but made the order anyway. The processing and shipping was fairly fast, I recieved my package less than 2 weeks after ordering, and that included the time to cut the perscription lenses. You can log in and check the status, I even called in to customer service and the lady I spoke with was friendly, helpful, and even offered to check on my order for me and call me back with a status update. Once I received the shipment, I placed the insert in my Smith IOX and my older Anon goggles, it fit well in both goggles, and the lenses were perfect. I will be ordering from here again.

I really wanted to stop using contact lenses for skiing and biking. I tried dealing with several optical stores locally without any luck finding prescription lenses for goggles and replacement lenses for my Oakley Jawbone frames. In fact, I was told by one optician that the lenses would be too thick for the jawbone frames. Then I found ADS and all that changed. Nicole was super helpful in selecting goggles and getting my prescription for the inserts. She also assured me that lenses could be made for the eyeglass frames and before I knew it, I had both in hand and all is well. No more contacts!!!

I called them twice with various questions before ordering. A real person answered both times with exactly the information I needed to order $1,300 in prescription ski goggles. My order arrived quickly, well packaged with all sorts of great information related to the goggles. This company is so far beyond 99% of other retailers. They should start training superior customer service to other on-line companies. Bravo!

If you need prescription sports glasses THIS is the place to purchase them! They were prompt and helpful every step of the way! Now I can use my new glasses indoors and outdoors for running and cycling! I couldn't be more pleased with my purchase!

With my near-sightedness and recent retina surgery, the search to find performance glasses with my prescription that are half-way stylish is frustrating to say the least. You have to do a lot of internet searches and review reading to find a company you can trust that will deliver an acceptable product. I'm thankful I found ADS. With the latest Lenticular technology, they were very confident they could fulfill my needs. And in an environment where I'm spending several hundred dollars...over the internet, they've got this business down. I'm very pleased with my Smith Pavilion's, ADS Customer Service and the turnaround time. If I have one complaint, it's that they are an "out-of-network" provider for my vision insurance, so coverage is minimal...but that's not their fault.

They shipped them to me so I wouldn't have to make another trip to the store! Very informative and they put my Rx in the Oakleys that Oakley couldn't even do!! Thank you!!!

Everyone at ADS was very helpful. They help me find frames that would work with my son's prescription. They quickly responded to all my questions. The glasses arrived ahead of schedule. ADS followed up to make sure he was happy with the final glasses. I will definitely order from them again.
