When the glasses came, they were awesome. The glasses had been on order for a week, when I took the initiative to call and check on the order, I was then told that they needed a dimension to be able to process my order. Again, it had been a week and no one had tried to contact me for this dimension. If I did not call, then I may still be waiting on my glasses. I would order from ADS again, because I did get what I wanted and after they got the dimension, it was in a very timely manner.

This is the second time I got Pers. Glasses online because I refuse to pay the 1,000 % mark up on them we're all expected to pay. I got my glasses from ADS, a real sweet frame, at a fair price ( the best you're going to do) in about a week. This was 2 weeks faster than the first place I used years back. WOW ! ------ I'll be doing business with them again.! ---Ian

I ordered a set of Smith Ski Goggles with a universal prescription lens insert. The plastic insert had a prong on the top that quickly broke. When I emailed ADS, they agreed that the problem should not have happened and they offered to replace the insert. They quickly sent me a UPS label to return the insert free of charge. The goggles and insert work great, and I am very pleased with how they work while I am skiing. The insert means that my goggles and helmet do squeeze the frames of my glasses against my head anymore, making it a lot more comfortable for a day of skiing.

The ADS website needs navigation and functional upgrades with respect to choosing options and explaining their respective attributes. It was also a bit disappointing that when ordering on line the shipping information and card holder information could not be input the same due to some programing oddity that their shipping carrier required. When I called ADS direct, they were very helpful answering product questions and resolving the online purchase issue. The only other thing to be aware of is that when you do the TRY before you BUY order, you only receive the goggles, not the Rx lenses, which for me was the opposite of my concern. I was much more concerned about how the Rx lenses would function.

Had a slight difficulty through the initial purchase of the goggles, however the communication was great from Dave at ADS and the issues were not theirs (ADS issues) and were sorted soon enough. Delivery time was reasonable taking into account it was over Christmas and New Years crossing the borders into Canada. The goggles themselves have been a great buy and I am incredibly happy with my purchase and the prescription is great! Would happily deal with ADS again in the future!

ADS Sports Eyewear has excellent customer service and outstanding products. I ordered my oakley racing jacket vented lenses via the website without any issues. After oakley couldn't handle my Precription in the vented style. ADS was able to streamline the process by calling and emailing me saying their lab is fully cabable of making the vented lenses for me. I recommend this company to anyone needing Precription lenses for any frame via sunglasses or regular. Nichole & Julia were a huge help. Thanks guys!!
