ADS Sports EyewearReviews of adseyewear.com

I ordered a pair of Smith I/OX goggles with a Smith ODS3 prescription insert and I could not be more satisfied with the service provided by ADS Sports Eyewear. They went to great extent to accommodate all my requests and ship it over to Switzerland, where I live. For example, when I asked on the phone about the exact dimensions of the goggles, to assess whether they would be compatible with my helmet, the person I was talking with measured a pair of goggles there and then. This is what I consider good customer service and what I am willing to pay a premium for.

Best provider of prescription ski goggles!

I needed an order of ski goggle inserts fairly last-minute for a ski trip. ADS had the order processed and shipped out in only 2-3 business days, even though the site said it could be more than that. Can't ask for more.

I was able to get exactly what I needed and great speed.

Order a prescription ski google for my 9 years old son. Staff at AD is very helpful, very nice with clear communication. Receive product fast and very nice packaging !! Highly recommended.

Highly recommended! Prompt , expert service.

Placed my Oakley Rx lens order for my Oakley TwoFace and within a few days, the service manager wrote back with Oakley's feedback that my Rx was too high for Oakley Rx lens. Bugger... She offered a comparable alternative recommendation and quotation in the email. The transaction and interface was seamless and pleasant. Refunded the differences promptly. Received the lens today, probably about 2 weeks in total due to thanksgiving. I have to say the lens quality is really good compare to my other sunglasses. Though the workmanship in shaping the lens is a hit & miss. The fit wasn't perfect due to the shaping. The curvature wasn't perfect fit either. Nevertheless, I've used it briefly and my vision was good. The Ruby iridium tint looks hot! Maybe Oakley workmanship in shaping would be ideal but I can't do much with my myopic. Hope Oakley will be able to provide lens with higher power and astigmatism with the improve in digital technology. Would custom again if I can't find affordable local optician.

I was very happy with how ADS Sports Eyewear handled my shopping experience. Before I purchased I asked for a recommendation, and a very helpful person gave me one. Then after I ordered called to check on when I might get them and again, I got top notch help. These folks are great.
