We hate to hear that these are not a perfect fit. If you place another order in the future there are a couple easy ways to avoid this issue: - Instead of selecting a specific size in the drop-down menu, choose the option "Select Size Based on my PD Measurement". If you select a size we will assume that you already know how these fit. - You can check the box for "Send a try-Out Pair First". We can send you as many pairs as you like to try on. This way you know you are selecting the perfect pair. We were unaware of this issue, but it is certainly easy to fix. Rachel, we're happy to hear that you were impressed with the pre-sale assistance you received from ADS Sports Eyewear. It's unfortunate that this international delivery has changed your impression of our organization. Although there was some confusion about whether these goggles were supposed to be shipped or delivered on the date that you requested, we were able to overcome this obstacle. ADS Sports Eyewear paid to expedite these goggles to insure that they would arrive on the day that was requested. So although the goggles were shipped a few days late, they arrived on the very same day they would have arrived had we shipped them via UPS Ground. The only delay was a result of the fact that UPS did not have prior authorization to sign your import documents. Although this issue is routine for people who live in Canada, it was not something that either of us had encountered before. We had UPS representatives come to our office to explain how this happened and how we can prevent it from happening in the future. They did not have any simple solutions that would help someone who was receiving an international shipment outside their own country. They say this will always require visiting the UPS facility in person to sign the customs documents. We hate to have a happy customer be dissatisfied due to issues with our delivery company. I think this was an educational experience for all of us, and we hope we have an opportunity to help you with something like this in the future.

Jon, All of our lenses are guaranteed to be absolutely perfect. These free-form digital lenses will be accurate to within 1/100th of a diopter at every point on the entire lens. If your lenses are not perfect please do not just tolerate them. Call our office and we will resolve this issue as quickly as possible.
