Hello Joseph, Returns are never a problem. We certainly don’t want you to keep anything that you are not thoroughly impressed with. I see you received your RA Number yesterday. Just let me know if you’d like me to resend this. We realize ordering over the internet can add a few days to this process, but we believe the quality and the value you receive from ADS Sports Eyewear are second to none. I understand you were going to have a local optical shop make your lenses because this appeared to cost less. I don’t believe anyone can sell the same quality lenses for a lower price than we can. Our Rx lenses are not cheap, but they are extremely Cost Effective. We use a Free Form Design called the Shamir Autograph Attitude III. Any other design can create a fishbowl distortion around the outer portions of an Rx lens. We also have the exact shape of the removable eye seal programmed into our MEI Edger. If your local shop does not have this shape programmed into this type of edger you will end up with air leaks. If they have to “roll off” the excess thickness around the edges it will look like a Coke bottle. So be sure your cheaper price is not just a cut-rate lens. You mentioned that this Diablo frame was too small, and your local optical shop recommended a 56mm lens. The Diablo has a 65mm lens. So I assume your local shop is using a much flatter frame. If so, the Free Form surfacing may not be as critical, but a flatter lens will provide minimal peripheral vision and minimal protection from the wind. This may not be your safest option. If you ever wanted to try out frames again in the future I highly recommend ordering more than just one. We have no restocking fees, and you will receive a full refund on everything you send back. We hate to hear that you were not completely satisfied with the service you received. We received your order May 1st and shipped the completed prescription glasses on May 7. I don’t know of anyone who can finish an SR-91 Free Form Digital Rx lens faster than this. This SR-91 Polarized lens is a very impressive, and very premium polarized lens. I don’t believe you will find these lenses listed anywhere for under $500.00. On your order, the SR-91 Rx lens, the frame, and shipping was under $400.00. These Wiley-X frames are very easy to adjust. Any optical shop can make this frame fit a bit tighter or looser as needed. But we certainly encourage customers to take advantage of our Try Before You Buy program. All frames are in stock, and try out glasses are shipped the same day we receive the order. We start prescription orders the same day we are notified that a customer has selected a frame, so this rarely adds more than 3 days to the process.

France, you ordered the Oakley Quarter Jacket. This is the smallest of the Oakley semi-rimless models, so it is generally worn by women or younger athletes. If this is not what you wanted simply return the glass. I recommend exchanging these for the Oakley Half Jacket 2.0. This model is a bit larger than the Quarter Jacket that you ordered. The Flak Jacket is the next size up from the Half Jacket. We're happy to help you with this. Just let us know what you need.
