My account got hacked for about 2 hours. Instead of assisting, Reddit AI mods permanently banned my account. It's so obvious the hacker is not me, so I appealed. My appeals were denied. I deleted the app and I don't plan to use it again.

I recently had a very frustrating experience with Reddit. I tried to publish a simple post inviting independent artists and handmade creators to collaborate with our small business. The post itself contained no AI-generated artwork. Reddit's automated filters removed it. I rewrote the post in much more neutral language and tried again. It was removed again by Reddit's filters. I then tried to contact the moderators to understand what rule I had supposedly violated, only to be met with the message: “You can't message that user.” So I was left with content automatically removed, no clear explanation of what was wrong with it, and no practical way to ask for clarification. What makes the experience particularly frustrating is that Reddit is perfectly capable of reaching me with promotional communications encouraging businesses to spend money on Reddit Ads. I also find Reddit's broader attitude toward AI rather contradictory. Some communities categorically prohibit AI-generated artwork, while Reddit itself publicly discusses its use of AI and LLM technology for safety, spam detection and other platform functions. I have no problem with communities establishing their own rules, and I fully support measures against spam, plagiarism and low-effort mass-generated content. What I object to is automated enforcement without meaningful transparency or an accessible way to challenge an apparent false positive. AI is a tool. Photoshop is a tool. Reddit itself is a tool. So why they don't hate Photoshop or Reddit? Technology should be judged by how people use it, not simply by the fact that it exists. My experience left me with the impression that Reddit is increasingly comfortable automating decisions about what users may publish while making meaningful human communication unnecessarily difficult. If a platform wants businesses to pay for advertising, it should also provide them with a reasonable level of transparency and support when its automated systems prevent legitimate content from being published. I won't be spending money advertising on a platform where I can't even get a clear explanation of why legitimate content is being automatically removed.

I opened an account and you banned it; I messaged your moderator, but there was no response. I had another account a one month subscription that had been activated and you banned that one too. Your site is absolutely full of 18+ content you allow that and don't ban it but when it comes to me, I made a single post and a comment, and I was instantly banned. What is your problem? You message the moderator but get no answer; you don't even have customer service. This is no way to provide service; you are an absolute disgrace.

reddit ads just an trap, if you add money in your wallet and if you not got result or your ads got rejected then reddit denied to refund your wallet balance. reddit ads just an trap for scam your money. In the whole world every ads network refund your money if you want but reddit denied to refund your available wallet money

I recently added some money to test the Reddit Ads network. 1st time: I ran a campaign, and it automatically overspent my wallet balance and created an overdue balance. (This time I think it was my mistake.) 2nd time:I created another campaign and started tracking the campaign performance. This time I could see Reddit sending bot traffic and charging a high CPM cost. After I asked for a refund of my wallet available balance, the Reddit support team said Reddit does not provide refunds. Every ads network provides refunds, even popup ads networks, but Reddit does not. Scam company. If you add funds, you stuck in Reddit trap...**Be away from Reddit**.

I could not even know where to start. I had a client who wanted to test Reddit ads. I created an account, I created a campaign and boom, Miss Yara reached out to me as my Account Manager. Everything barely moved with approvals and issues with the account. All the suggestions were to invest more, when they were barely answering. After that, I got in contact with Andrea, the manager. He had some interactions, but at a certain point, he stopped replying. He switched me to James, who initially looked like a good lad. At the end, of course, no reply. I don't know how they are still hired by the company. I begged them with multiple follow-ups to help me give money to Reddit. I guess their objectives are different from serving the clients. Awful experience. A woke company that has all the other things to do besides serving and helping the clients who want to spend money on Reddit. As they say, go woke, go broke.
