Poor customer communication
I would not recommend this business based on my experience. I purchased a $111 virtual seminar after reviewing the event information. The FAQ stated, “No replay access will be available. If you can’t attend live do not make your purchase.” However, after I contacted the team about my inability to attend live, I was directly told by a member of Adrianna Onubogu’s team that my replay access would be sent after the session ended. Replay access was ultimately provided, but I later learned it was limited to 72 hours. My issue was the contradictory communication. The website said there would be no replay, the team told me I would receive one, and the replay that was ultimately provided had a limited access period. When I realized my access had expired, I did not initially ask for a refund. I contacted the business asking for additional replay access because I actually wanted to watch the seminar I had purchased. After multiple attempts to get a response, I disputed the $111 transaction through my payment provider. Only after the dispute was initiated did the business respond to my previous emails. They stated that my messages had gone to their spam folder and that, had they received them earlier, they “would have been happy to discuss a resolution.” They also informed me that because I initiated a payment dispute, they would no longer do business with me and instructed me not to purchase any of their programs or services in the future. My payment provider ultimately did not rule in my favor and reversed the temporary credit. I am including that outcome for complete transparency. Regardless of the payment dispute outcome, my review is about my experience with the business and its communication. I believe the terms surrounding replay access should have been clear and consistent before and after purchase. I also believe my attempts to resolve the issue directly should have received a timely response. As a business owner myself, I understand policies and boundaries. What I don’t appreciate is receiving conflicting information about something I’ve paid for and then having difficulty getting the issue addressed. Based on my experience, I would NOT purchase from this business again. UPDATE AFTER BUSINESS RESPONSE: I want to clarify that I have NEVER disputed receiving the 72-hour replay or that I missed that access window. My concern remains the discrepancy in the communication I received regarding replay access. The FAQ stated that no replay access would be available, while I was later told directly by the business that replay access would be provided after the final session. Before initiating a payment dispute, I contacted the business requesting that my replay access be extended or reactivated and followed up when I received no response. I did not initially request a refund. I appreciate the business providing its perspective, and readers can consider BOTH accounts when making their own decision.
Response from Adrianna OnuboguSep 2, 2026
Hello Jazmine, We take accurate communication seriously, which is why we must correct several claims in this review. The Experience was sold as a live virtual event with 72-hour replay access. That access period was disclosed in the event emails and in the information provided with your $111 ticket purchase. The replay terms did not change after you purchased. You contacted us before the event because you already knew your work schedule would prevent you from attending live. After the event, the replay links were delivered as promised and remained available for the stated 72-hour period. In your subsequent email, you explained that you had been out of town, had not checked your email until after the links expired, and asked whether we could extend or reactivate them. We understand that missing both the live event and the replay window was disappointing. However, neither resulted from the event being unavailable, the replay not being delivered, or the terms being changed. The live experience took place, the replay was provided, and the full access period passed before you attempted to use it. Your emails requesting additional access were unfortunately routed to spam. We acknowledged that once we located them. However, before receiving our response, you initiated a chargeback seeking the return of the full purchase price for an event that had already been delivered according to its stated terms. Our FAQ also clearly communicates our no-refund policy and advises customers not to purchase unless they are prepared to attend or make the investment. Initiating a payment dispute after services have been delivered is a serious matter. Consistent with our policies, customers who do so are no longer eligible to purchase from our business. We absolutely respect your right to share your experience. We must also ensure that prospective customers understand the documented facts: the 72-hour replay window was disclosed, the replay was delivered as promised, and the terms were not altered after your purchase.
