I made my first order and didn’t realize i had to click add free gift to claim the freebie. I contacted customer service to see if we can add the freebie to my order. The team respond quickly and made effort to communicate with the shipping team to add my freebie. Eventhough my order had shipped out, they still tried to ship my Freegift separately to make sure i receive it. This is amazing customer service that its hard to find nowadays and we can clearly see it is from the heart, not just for money and whatever. Thank you team.

I am so excited to find this store, They have lovely products, quality designs in gold, and timely shipping. Unfortunately I had to return 1 product, but they were very quick to respond and reasonable about my return. they provided a USPS label. I am so happy and will recommend them to my friends.
