Customer service was very informative and helped solve my concern

They have beautiful, high quality jewelry to begin with. Then, when I did not understand that I had ordered a pair of earrings with posts that turned out to be too small for me, they were extremely prompt in addressing my concern and making it possible for me to get a different product that will work. In short, wonderful product and prompt, considerate, and effective customer care.
