I had the best customer service experience with Gil. I lost my hoop conch piercing and, in a moment of pure panic (maybe Mercury retrograde 😅), rushed to order a replacement—only to accidentally order a 4mm instead of the 10mm I actually needed. I didn’t realize my mistake until the next morning and immediately emailed customer service. Gil truly came to the rescue and was able to change the sizing just in time before it shipped.
