I had purchased two Frankie U hoop earrings and the post on one of them broke off. I contacted customer service and they were extremely helpful and sent me a new one immediately. I am floored with how outstanding the customer service is and how they really do back up their guarantee to stand behind each piece of jewelry. Great company!

Adornmonde caught my eye strolling fb. I was instantly drawn to a particular item, which I was able to snag at a discount. That item was for my newly pierced conch piercing. I consulted customer service to get a recommended size once healed. It came in beautifully but I was not able to try it on yet since my piercing was still too new and swollen. Also, the purchased earring was curved and not flat so it couldn’t sit any more flush. Months passed and once I thought the piercing was healed enough, I tried it and it didn’t fit. My ear, then, required more time for further healing. This process happened a couple of times. It was then that I knew it wasn’t gonna fit as the post was too short and the earring style curves so it doesn’t sit flat. I only kept attempting the mentioned process over and over previously because I thought once my piercing healed, it would go back to normal size and be able to fit the 6mm post. Wishful thinking on my part. That didn’t happen so I went back to the website to repurchase the same piece but for a longer sized post. I urgently contacted customer service once I realized it was discontinued and I couldn’t search up the earring I originally brought. After some pictures for proof and a back and forth interaction, I was offered some options. Gil, the customer service agent, was very accommodating and offered to check back with the team to see if there were any pieces in stock leftover after discontinuing. I really loved the piece and didn’t want to settle to try for another piece from their many other selections. I was lucky enough that they indeed have what I needed. They made a one time exception for me to repurchase an item they no longer sold at the price that I paid previously (discounted).They really honored my pervious transaction with them. This is literally the best case senario and also best customer service I’ve had yet via online. Adornmonde will be the first place I look for my next earring purchase .
