Scam artists. I wish I would’ve never gone in the store at Eastview Mall. Yes I understand you don’t have to buy anything you don’t want but that’s impossible in that place. I was reading where somebody said they couldn’t believe they fell for that. I feel the same way I’m shocked that I did but it was like you’re not getting out of there until you buy it. So overpriced and from what I read I guess I won’t be going for any of the services that were included in what I bought because it sounds like they won’t let you out of there without spending more money. It’s awful that the store would run like that. I guess live and learn and this is a big learning experience for me. But it’s too bad that a lot of people won’t read these reviews until they’re looking up how and why they got scammed so bad. ☹️

RUDE SCAM ARTISTS! forcefully pushed some $160 garbage cream on my friend, lied about the price to her until she got the receipt! Then they refused to refund her even tho she hadn’t left the store. Eastview mall in victor ny shoppers beware.

Less than one star . It seems your autopilot message that says I understand you no longer have the products when these people are telling you they do. I see the con artist in your deceptive business practices this is not legal in any state or. Canada. If your products are that dangerous that a lot of the people broke out and you have to make that statement about allergies trying to cover fir the chemicals you put in the products you need to see, counsel because it's obvious this is a scamming technique to ignore the customer , misrepresent your product and its success . I hope customers know they can contact the attorney General in their area and make a consumer compliant . After so many the state will shut you down and fine you for deceptive business practices. You may even lose any business licenses you have established. If you're such a good company And you had a product that was genuine there would be no need to use false statements about allergies when you know it's your cheap chemicals in the product. Additionally if it was so great you would jab3 no trouble guaranteeing your product 110%. It's too obvious your product is not solid and your excuses are running out.

I really like their products. They work great to me. Yes they are pricey, but I enjoy them. I've read reviews about the company and the way they sell their products being fraudulent. Not true. If you didn't want to buy it, you shouldn't have. I love the essence gold peeling gel, the facial moisturizer, and the toner. 👍🏼

I was looking for an anniversary present for my finance so I ran into this place. Not having an idea about Creams, or serums or toners the employees were very patient with me and show me the basics for a good gift. Build a gift package for me at a reasonable price and the best quality. Getting home my fiancé was super happy with her gift basket with all the basics she needs. (Which I dont remember what any of them are for ;)

My wife hardly wears make up but she wanted to try something new so we went into Adore Cosmetics. We were surprised how much detail attention they dedicated to getting what my wife needed. Even though my wife is not an easy customer the excellent service and persistence made my wife appreciate their products. Now she wants to go every week to have them put her make up on. Great experience and great products.

I had to go with my 81 year old friend to help her get what money back that she could. This company is notorious for using "forceful sales tactics". Meaning they don't take "NO" for an answer. My friend told the sales representative that she was unable to afford their extravagant prices. 3 times she tried to return unopened products and was told "NO". Instead they pursued her pocketbook even more. $5000 later I went to the store to try and get some help. During her last appointment a young male closed and locked the store doors. Her appointment was at 3pm. Twice she went to the door and asked him to unlock the door. He kept her locked inside until 7:45pm Until she purchased another $1500. She was so distraught and afraid when she finally was allowed to leave. All the stores in the mall had closed at 6pm. She needed to use the restroom. It is down a long hallway. It was dark and she was petrified. This sales person should be arrested for unlawful confinement. Disgusting. Don't shop at Adore. Look at the reviews before you decide on anything. None of the products come with a money back guarantee. They get around it by saying it is "used cream". When I asked them to be reasonable and refund my friend. I was yelled at. Talked over. Told they would call security. I asked them to please call them and the police as well. Many people have complained to the Oshawa Centre management. They have asked that they remove them from the mall due to their aggressive sales nature. Buyer Beware!!!!

so, their products feels precious and luxury , not irritating my skin, the opposite, it calms my skin, the 24k Golden Touch mask and their hydrating cream and facial serum are my favorites . sincerely William from Toronto .
