ADKOS Vehicle Storage & TransportReviews of adkos.com

Excellent service from George. Thank you!

Excellent service, responsive, helpful, met me on time at the appointed time, explained process clearly.

Check In process was very easy and painless. Staff is a great assistance in making sure your paperwork and memos are in proper order before check in. The person checking in was extremely professional and flexible with coordinating / scheduling the drop off.

When I was task with a Short notice (60 day notice) one year deployment, i was panicked about what to do with my car. I reached out to the best action officer in the military sergeant (or lieutenant) Google and stumbled on this company. Ryan was the best! He knew more about the joint travel regulations and process for reimbursement than even my resource advisor and unit deployment manager. He worked with me as my resource advisor continued to jerk me around regarding storage payments and was truly a phenomenal person to deal with before, during, and now post deployment when I needed to schedule my car for service. George was amazing. He was so accommodating whenever I reached out. His attention to detail was unmatched from detailing the car and filling it up with gas to diagnosing the errors that appeared during the monthly check of the vehicle George was a delight. This is the only place a person needs when trying to store their car. The facility is climate controlled and there is website you can see what’s going on with the car. If ever need to store my car again I know where to go.

We needed our son's car transported from Illinois to California and were very pleased with the service/communication we received from Al. Al was able to help us secure a company to transport our car at a reasonable price and in a timely matter. Working with Al was a wonderful experience because he communicated everything to us and was able to answer all our questions. I felt like we were working with a solid company that truly cared about getting our car to California safely and secure. Al followed up with us as well, and the whole process was easy, smooth, and absolutely problem-free. If anyone I know ever needs a recommendation for transporting a car, I would highly recommend Al from ADKOS.

I really enjoy the service I received and the employees are great.

I am very satisfied with your company's performance. Your people were courteous, polite & professional. They did what they promised in a timely manner.

This was our first experience in transporting two of our vehicles and because of ADKOS, the experience was absolutely impeccable! Specifically, Mr. Al Oller was EXTREMELY helpful, knowledgable, professional and most of all didn't try to upsale us on any of the pricing options. Plus he has had vast experience in working with military families, which was a plus for us. We needed a specific and/or roundabout date of when to have ADKOS pick up our cars and Al was able to get the exact day we needed, even though we know this was a huge challenge for him to get done. Also, Al was honest with us on the pricing info and gave us details of how everything get's executed in terms of transporting our vehicles without hesitation, even if it was not the answer we wanted to hear. Other companies seemed to either not answer our questions because we may not like the answer, but Al was honest with us and we really appreciated that part. If you ever need a company and person to help you transport your vehicles, ADKOS and Al Oller is the way to go, hands down!!!
