ADKOS Vehicle Storage & TransportReviews of adkos.com

Service: A+ Value: A+ Communications: A+ Relocated vehicle from HI to VA using a third-party mover who contracted with ADKOS. Hand-off was seamless with ADKOS taking over the move from receipt of vehicle in HI. Communication was excellent throughout shipment and arrival in CA, with regular updates on expected delivery date, even including the name and cell number of driver who would bring the car to me. When the driver who called 24-hours out from delivery was different than the one previously identified, ADKOS responded to a query in less than an hour confirming identity of driver even though the query was made after business hours. Despite all the logistics issues going on with the ports, the car made it in just over a month and arrived in excellent condition. Would use ADKOS again for any future relocation.

Excellent costumer service. Charley was helping me from a-z. He answered all the concernsThe process was easy and smooth. My car arrived early than I expected. I just recommended my friend to Charley. Thank you Charley you are the best!

Excellent job. Vehicle delivered on time as promised. Driver kept me updated. ADKOS followed up several times.

We wanted to safely ship our college aged son’s car from Wisconsin to Georgia. The weather was unpredictable and he has never driven that far on his own. The service was seamless. Kristin B. was very trustworthy and professional. We had a delay on pick up due to snow storm and I was informed all along the way by Kristin and trucking company ( (Mega Load). Despite the weather delay, our car still arrived on time and in excellent condition. I will definitely is this company again. A+++ (I was not compensated for this endorsement)

Ryan and his company has done an amazing job with our vehicles and this company is extremely professional who defines having passion for other peoples property.

It was a great experience with Adkos. They took good care of my car. They handled the drop-off and pick up process very smoothly. Highly recommended for long term vehicle storage.

Ryan was our contact person and he was wonderful! He was prompt and responsive to both text and calls. He was here during extremely cold weather to trouble shoot what was going on with the car. He was persistent in preparing the car for transport. He came and waited for AAA to come pick up the car. AAA was expected between 11:30 and 12; but eventually arrived around 1:30 or 2. (They were inundated with calls/tows related to weather conditions). I truly didn’t expect that level of service. I do appreciate all of it.

Great service and communication.
