PNW Rep (Maria) was great! However, the car was delayed and communication by the driver could have been better.

Personally used this transportation company and had a good experience. The staff member found a driver for me around the date I requested and for a discounted rate. The driver that was contracted to transport my car delivered it a day earlier than estimated and I was able to return my car rental sooner.

The first half of working with ADKOS was great. They were very good with communication, and setting up the vehicle dropoff was easy. When it was time to coordinate pickup, the phone number I was given for the truck driver was actually for an acquaintance of some sort, except that person was confused as to why I was calling. It took a minute of trying to explain that I was calling to find the truck driver who was carrying cars. The woman on the phone did not seem to know what ADKOS was, nor did she recognize my name. She told me to expect delivery the next day around 3, and she would text me if there were updates from the driver. Around 230 the next day, I hadn't received any updates, so I texted to make sure we were still on for 3. She said no, he's been stuck in traffic, and to expect maybe around 6. Then at almost 6, I had to reach out again, and was told the driver would arrive around 8. He did arrive at 8, and then handed my car keys to me without checking any sort of identification. So overall, terrible communication in the delivery stage, and anyone could have stolen my car by simply being there and taking the keys the driver offered. That being said, the price was good, and my car arrived in perfect condition.

Price was right. Communication was good. My rep was personable. Scheduling was a bit challenging but I think that's to be expected. Vehicle was in good shape. No issues.

My experience was overall a positive one. My truck was well taken care of, and they were very supportive overall. My only problem was whem they upped their rates. That was annoying, but not a big deal.

Stored my bike and got it back looking great. Very easy to work with if issues arise, very agreeable people. Would recommend.

*****EDIT******* I wanted to edit my post to ensure that everyone who reads it, understands who it was intended for. ADKOS is the broker that found the carrier. ADKOS was amazing and I would definitely use them again. My complaint is against the actual carrier who will now not be a carrier for ADKOS. If you need your car shipped, contact ADKOS, they will take care of you. Communication during pick-up and drop off was non-existant. During pick-up, the driver called me and said he was 20 minutes out and did not show up until an hour later. When I called to follow up, I was told the driver got lost. During drop off, same thing happened. Driver called me and said he would be there at 9:00 and did not show up until midnight. Upon arrival, driver said he could not make it down my street and asked if he can drive the truck to me and then I drive him back to his truck. It was midnight. I had to drive him back to his truck and was not happy at all.
