I order on 8/6/21 for a trip I had planned. It said my clothes were being shipped from Los Angeles. So I ordered since that was my destination at my sisters. When the clothes had not shipped yet, and my trip was over, I cancelled the order. They said it could not be cancelled? They didn’t create a label until 8/20. Shipped on 8/29 and finally arrived at my sister house on 9/14. I had to have her write return to sender order cancelled. And now they are deducting the shipping even tho I cancelled before it shipped. What a rip off! DON’T ORDER FROM HERE. You’ll be sorry.

I never received any of my order

Still waiting for my order, and wondering if I should dispute charges. Has been a month since I ordered and event I wanted to wear them for has passed. So frustrating!!!

Very cheaply made products, no labels, one fabric with colors/designs printed on so they look very cheap and don’t fit well. Definitely outside the U.S. and English is not their first language. They will not refund for anything other than defects and the sizing can vary greatly. They guarantee no more than a 3 cm (another clue they are not in the U.S.) size variance but my items were all the same size and there was a 2 inch (that’s over 5 cms) variance and they would only offer a small credit ($7 on a $40 purchase) and told me to keep the non fitting item. Proceed with caution!!

Buyer beware! These items are shipped from China, not Los Angeles. You can’t return or get a refund for anything that doesn’t fit or isn’t flattering on you. I purchased 8 outfits, didn’t like 4 of them, they won’t take them back and are only offering a $40 refund on a $133 purchase. They’re certainly not a credible business. I’ll never buy anything from them again.

I placed an order July 22 of 3 dresses for my wife. It is now September 1st and no dresses yet. We were given several tracking numbers of which none worked. IF I ever receive my dresses I will review again on the quality.

Worst quality of clothing ever! Thin like a Halloween costume do not order anything & difficult to return! No contact from customer service with return instructions or confirmation of ability to return clothing

Wish I didn’t have to give a star at all. They claim clothing is made in the U.S. and shipped from LA. Since I ordered over 3 weeks ago and still don’t have the order, I can’t attest to the quality, but it was shipped from China. The charges also came through as a foreign transaction. They claim to be U.S. based, and orders would be received within one week on all their social media posts. They also delete all comments/reviews disputing their claims on Facebook. Don’t trust this company!
