I didn’t know what to expect when I started with expert ADHD coaching but looking back I can't believe I waited this long. This has been one of the most impactful things I've done for myself. I feel like my coach actually gets how my brain works, not just with understanding, but with practical tools that make a difference in my daily life. I definitely got clarity, structure, and a sense of control. 100% recommend!

Worked with Shanna’s coaching for a year now, and I wish I had this resource sooner. You can learn everything you need about ADHD, and all the strategies especially with AI now but the real lasting transformation happens when you have a coach to encourage you in the day to day, and have the accountability to take daily consistent action. It’s also the relationship &human connection you build with your coach that moves you forward that is where powerful change happens I learned more about the ADHD brain, how to pace myself throughout the day (so much so I don’t get headaches anymore), build small habits that compound into life changing ones for my business, marriage, and my wellbeing during my time. This doesn’t mean I’m “fixed” by any means but I have the tools, insight, and habits I’ve cultivated with my coach to manage and be in the driver seat so I keep showing up despite the guaranteed curveballs life and my tendencies I will encounter. This is an investment that requires commitment and boy am I grateful I jumped in. It’s not magic or an overnight “fix” but a program that is very concrete and action based filled with steps that actually work. Life has been more manageable overall and enjoyable since working with Shanna Pearson’s coaching. My life changed for the better the moment I came across Shanna Pearson's program for adult ADHD. I was having a tough time with just about everything in my life and didn't know how to fix things.
