I ordered a ring as a gift on the 14th of February its now the 5th of march and still no ring i paid for express delivery as well id dread to think how long normal delivery would be ☹️ it was for a birthday present and the birthday has already gone.im so so disappointed to say the least UPDATE AS OF TODAY 13/3/2024 STILL NO DELIVERY HAS ARRIVED EVEN AFTER THE COMPANY HAVE SENT ME 10 SUPPOSEDLY TRACKING DETAILS 21st of march 12 emails and still no parcel i think its safe to say its not arriving and ive given up hope that it will 😕 AVOID AVOID AVOID

100 % a scam. Do not order anything from these scammers. They will act like they are trying to help find out what happened to your purchase and why it never arrived. They are liars and crooks. You have been warned!

Ordered in January as of 2/10 tracking said it was in transit from Houston Texas. Today is 2/28 I think I could have walked across the country in this amount of time. This was a birthday gift from my Mom who is 103 was looking forward to showing her the purchase. Don’t believe it will ever show up. I will do more research in the future before purchasing anything online. As they say BUYERS BEWARE. Lesson learned!!

Disgraceful! Ordered 2 months ago. Tracking updates for 1st couple of weeks then nothing at all! No response when trying to contact! AVOID!!

I dont even want to give them 1 star!!! awful company i have waited months for my order to be told its lost in post!! there advise they can refund me but need to deduct shipping and cost of goods!!! never quite heard anything like it!!! its also taken a month to even get to that point!! i suggest anyone who has had poor dealings with them to post on socials its the only way to spread the word and make people aware!!! i wont be leaving this here!!

Not buying here again ! I ordered the necklace with the heart but i received a necklace with just the name. In my mail about the package stands 'product name is custom name & pave heart charm' I contacted the helpdesk but they say that its correct and that they can give me 2USD as a refund... What do I have to do with 2USD ?! That's a joke...

I never received items that I got charged. Bad! Bad! Bad! I will never order again and I will tell all the people I know!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I ordered a necklace on January 4th.. Got 2 different tracking numbers that say they aren't valid.. I sent emails and it's like a robot is answering back.. They send emails saying it's in the United States now but can't seem to give me an answer of when it will be delivered to me.. I am SUPER FRUSTRATED!!! I have never gone through so much stress over an order that I paid for.. I don't even know where to go to get a damn refund.. Smh.. I will NEVER, I mean NEVER EVER order from here or anything else from Facebook or Instagram again.......
