I’d give 0 stars if I could! Ordered 2 necklaces months ago never received them!

This company sucks! The product I received was not as expected. It took forever to receive the product and when you receive it it's so disappointing. The product turned color after 2 weeks of use. I feel live they false advertised they product. I tried contacting the company, but they have an automated chat that basically tells you to either keep the product or bear the high shipping cost. I'm never buying from them again and I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone!!!! Fooled me once, but never again.

Ordered on 3/7/24. Its now 4/15/24 and item has been lost in transit since 4/3/24. Seller is unable to provide any update. It appears to be lost.

This company is a fraud, takes your money and sends a tracking order number, when received (after 2 months) waiting no saffire stone in the ring and no photograph inserted. Disgusting service, customer services keeps telling me they have sent another ring but no tracking number. AVOID AVOID AVOID this company.

Ordered in Feb and still have not received it the tracking says it's been in Cincinnati since March 23. I believe this is just a scam I ordered two necklaces I'm so sad.

If I could give zero stars I would. Matter of fact it would be negative stars because my experience with them has been nothing but negative. They charged me $43 for a personalized ring that I never received. I ordered it January 9th and here we are on April 5th and I still have not received it. I filed a dispute with my bank and they denied it because they said it was an authorized charged but upon further review, instead of them charging me $43 they charged me $52 so they added an extra $9 that came out of nowhere which indeed makes it a fraudulent charge. I have proof of my receipts which was quoted and I also have proof of what they actually charged me. So all in all this is fraudulent. I have been going back and forth with their customer service and they've been giving me bland responses, if a response at all. The tracking number and information seemed a little weird and it was giving me updates that didn't make sense and didn't seem like a true tracking company or system. I received updates up until February 6th and then after that no more updates about where my merchandise was, it just disappeared. They swear up and down my merchandise was still in transit but it's been 4 months, where the hell is it being delivered to.... Xanadu (doesn't exist by the way)? The customer service is horrible and they are an absolute scam artist. Please do not order from this company. It may seem like a small amount to others but it's not to me.

Waited over 3 months for a personalised bracelet it came broken and in the wrong colour I kept emailing for updated and had to go on three different sites u can't call them to explain whats gone wrong and they still take your money my partner got his within a week and ordered 2 personalised things so why was mine different
